Does anyone know of a really intense spot treatment to fade very dark pigmentation? I had some moles removed and they're perfectly flat, but there is still dark brown pigmentation there. I want to really get rigorous in fading those marks. Thanks! |

I'm using Lustra hydroquinone cream and it's working but slowly
Also there's:
Oriki skin whitening lotion. I've never used it but heard good things
BiWhite (Dove?)
Vichy

I've had good results with a 50% TCA peel on a dark brown laser surgery scar.
I just spot treat with a Qtip, and the area frosted (turned white) and later turned dark brown. It took a couple weeks for the top layer to dry up and peel off, but underneath the new skin was much closer to the rest of my skin color.
Now since the color is much lighter I've been exfoliating daily and using glycolic acid. I didn't want to use the TCA peel anymore in case it makes my scar hypo-pigmented. The stuff is pretty intense and burns like crazy. |
