Hi all,
Does anyone know what the difference is (in terms of UVA protection) between avene 40spf and 50+spf?
I'm looking to purchase an Avene spray, and not sure which one to get. The 40spf is supposed to be less oily, but if the PPD is significantly higher in the 50+, then that's the one I will get.
Also, if the 40 and 50 spfs are equally oily (or almost equally), then I might as well go with the 50.
Any advice?
Thanks! |

the spf number refers to the level of uvb protection, not uva protection. |

I know, that's why I'm asking about the level of PPD in the two products, so that I can compare them to each other The PPD is not disclosed in the product descriptions I've seen.
