I would recommend Jane Iredale mineral makeup with Absence as a primer. Glominerals is also great and provides really good coverage. I would still use the Jane Iredale Absence underneath it to control oilies plus provide extra SPF protection. |

Hi Makeuplover,
Our Carekate has very oily skin ... and she swears by using a very thin layer of Milk of Magnesia as a primer.
This might be just the assistance you need to keep your MMU [whatever brand] on your face.
I've never had that particular problem with MMU even when my skin was more oily than it is at present, so I can't provide much help personally. However, Carekate is a wealth of information regarding how to counter the problems of oily skin.
You could PM her for her advice ... but be aware that she only has a limited amount of time per day to read and respond to posts/pm's.

Yes I would try the Milk of Magnesia first to see if it works for you |
