Hello,
I started my OCM again after I had a bad reaction to it (I want to make sure that I reacted to OCM and not something else). So far I love it and I don't have a reaction to it yet. Last time I used it for almost a week and got reaction. I also use Evening Primrose Oil mixed with Jojoba and Rose Essential Oil, but I have nausea from the smell of Evening Primrose Oil . I tried to mix it with other types of base oils, and got the same result. I had to throw away all the mixures that have Evening Primrose Oil . The strange thing is that when I open the bottle with Evening Primrose Oil nausea became stronger and I felt that I will loose conscious.
Did anyone have similar experience? I think that may be my allergies could create such a reaction...
Thanks |

It sounds like EPO does to you what the scent of sauerkraut does to me! Seriously, I haven’t heard of that type of reaction with EPO but I would imagine that all of us have some sort of scent that triggers one’s gag reflex. I would stick with just a simple blend for your OCM until you find out whether or not you’re going to react again. After you find out if you can tolerate it okay, then you can start experimenting with adding other types of carrier oils or essential oils to your mix.... |
