I received my Alphaderma CE by mail and I am up here in freezing cold Canada and the product was frozen when I got it out of the mail box. Do you think the actives in it are ruined?..... I also got some samples like Derma Excel and the skin prep....they were frozen too!! Well they are all thawing out as I write but I feeling bummed! |

Did you purchase directly from Janson Beckett? I would normally recommend contacting them but my understanding is their CS is sorely lacking. If you did, give it a try. If you purchased from another supplier contact them.
I'm not sure if the product is damaged or not, but my thinking is that most products have a temp range recommending they be kept at. Would lead anyone to believe that it's for good reason.
With the amount of money spent on those 2 products you should expect that an exchange be made IMO. |
