Hi everyone:
How does everyone feel about using everything in the same skincare line, or do you all mix it up a bit.
I am using the PSF skincare line (and I love it), but there are also some other products I would like to look into.
Does everything still work well together, even if it is not all the same line?
thank you all.......I have to say I am so addicted to this forum!!!!

I addition to the homemade ACV toner, Aspirin mask and DHCC, I am using a combination of JB and PSF producrs. I think they all work well together. I use:
JB-Cleanser, toner, facial prep, ADCE, DermaExcel 7, Okusil
PSF-Vit C serum, super hydrating eye creme |

I use Epidermx twice a week, and I rotate with the St Ives Apricot mask (really just to use it up) and the PSF Pumpkin Mask..which is absolutely wonderful!!! |

again thank you chrissie
can you tell me about the aspirin mask. what is it all about and how do I make it?
Also, do you have a fabulous waterproof mascara that you love alot? And have you tried any of the lip plumpers?
Sorry for all the questions, but you are close to my age (except you are younger ), so it is nice to get input from someone in their 40's

I use all sorts of different brands and its so hard to be committed to just one brand. I use Decelor, Jurlique, PSF, Dermalogica, MD Formulation, Skinceutical, IS Clinical...and some others... |

I am the same... I use all different brands because I get bored!! It isnt just about "results" for me.... I just love the whole ritual of the skin care routine morning and night....right down to carefullly lining up all my currrent range bottles on the bathroom vanity in readiness. Partly for that reason I like the bottles to match ( silly I know) so though I might chop and change ( because yes, you CAN mix brands together.. eg cleanser from one.. moisture from other etc) I will use all components from one brand at a time together. Even if only for a week or 2 and then they go back in the cupboard and out comes the next range to my bathroom vanity! |

I will quite often try a few products from one brand and sometimes use them with favourites from another brand but, on the whole I prefer to use the same brand together.
As an example, I would not mix other products with IS Clinical actives except for the final moisturiser or sunscreen.
For many non active products, it is ok to mix but not those that are true actives. i.e. I would not use PSF O2 serum before or after an ISC active.
In many cases, the true active products are usually only tested with other products from the same brand. |
