I've been using the HA supplements and had decent results from it. I had pretty good results with the Lipfusion combo. Noticable but not great. I started using City Lips and after a couple of weeks, LOVED the results. Great plumping even w/o gloss on.
I thought the CL would be enough so I thought this would be the last bottle of HA I would buy. but after a couple of days of not taking the supplements, I really saw a dif. I had been trying to make them last and wanted to save the last few for the weekend. And when I took them again this weekend, WOW! My lips really look amazing. CL works really well but along with the HA supplements, it is fabulous! So this is really the right combo for me. I just can't get over how plump my top lip is! With the LF combo, I liked it and felt I had the lips I had when I was 20. But with THIS combo, I have the lips I NEVER had. Never thought I would have (without injections at least.
Very,Very cool... |

what are HA supplements. I just started the city lips, so I am curious as to what the HA supplements are that you use with the city lips. |

Wen-
I'm glad you have such great results! You convinced me to give the HA capsules another try! I really didn't see a difference taking 3 pills per day. I saw a very slight plump in my lower lip in the morning but would disappear an hour or so later. I am going to take 6 pills per day(3 morning/3night) along with the swellips I ordered and see if it works. I want the lips I never had too! |

This is the technology behind city Lips. So using this with the HA caps will allow them to compliment each other.
**********************************************
From citylips.com
CITY Lips is different than any other lip plumper on the market because it actually builds the collagen in your lips for long term plumping results. You will get an instant plump with each application, plus you will activate the collagen production and build volume. We use a patented ingredient Celadrol™ that works to help hold on to this built up collagen. Normally your body would absorb this increased collagen, but Celadrol™ acts as a protective barrier around collagen so it is built up faster and you will see results more quickly.
CITY Lips Plumping Peptide Technology
CITY Lips uses cutting edge peptide technology that "tricks" the cells into thinking they are damaged. This activates them to go into repair mode and they begin to produce more collagen and elastin. The collagen and elastin production is quickly stimulated and begins to build, plumping the area. This is safe, natural and completely pain free.
CITY Lips will not burn or sting your lips; we do not use any irritants in our formula. CITY Lips uses humectants that draw moisture from the air for instant plumping PLUS CITY Lips increases circulation to plump the lips and enhance natural color, plus this increased circulation allows the treatment to absorb better. You may feel a tingle when you apply CITY Lips, this is normal.
The most important time to wear CITY Lips is at bedtime!
To get the best results from CITY Lips be sure to apply a generous amount of the night time treatment EVERY night before bedtime.
Results will take about 30 days and continued use of CITY Lips will maintain collagen build up. The longer you use the treatment, the better the results are.
***Applying a "generous" amount really did make a dif on how my lips looked in the AM.
I've run out of HA caps and was going to wait one more day, take a pic and then take another pic the morning after a "mega dose" and CL treatment. we'll see if it is noticable. |

Wondering if I made a HA lip balm would it be of interest? I have made lip balms in the past for people...such as L-Lysine, peruvian balsalm, allantoin, Vit E, etc....but I never put Hyaluronic Acid in a lip balm, hmmmm?

Kerbie!
I've heard that DMAE is good for lips as well. Why don't you add that to it?
I put the HA/DMAE serum on my lips. |
