Hi all!
I saw the post regarding which oils are helpful with this condition. LIke, geranium, chamomile, lemon. I was wondering should you use just one or should you mix them for better results? Also, apply them directly to skin or should you dilute with a carrier oil? Thanks for any help. You guys are the best!

You can mix them, but test a drop or two mixed to see if they smell good together.
DO NOT apply directly to the skin! They are too potent. To my knowledge Lavender and Tea Tree are the only ones you can apply directly. |
