I am looking for a new bronzer to use this summer. Do you have any favorites to recommend? I have very fair, somewhat oily, skin, so I would prefer something with a matte finish. I use bronzer almost daily so I don't look so ghostly, LOL!!
Thanks! |

I use NARS Laguna a lot on very fair skin types because it is a flat, light brown without a trace of orange in it. It has a transparent quality which looks like shimmer in the package, but once you apply the colour it looks just dewy and natural for day time use. It is difficult to get away with a totally opaque bronzer on fair skin. The other way to warm a fair skin would be with a face powder two tones deeper than your regular colour and this would open up for lots of matte options. I like Stila Illuminating Powder or the NARS ones again. |

i don't know if you're asking about an all-over the face one or a powder.... i have a friend who raves about Yon-ka Halo, but I've never tried it. I don't like the liquid bronzers because I'm just so pale everywhere and everything seems to turn orange on me. I have, however, fallen in love Sisley's bronzing powder. It stays true and looks very natural and you can brush it everywhere for a sun-kissed look. It's matte but not flat (if you know what i mean) because of the finely milled powder. It's pretty pricey but lasts a long long time. |

I am very pale and I have been using BE in "Warm". A little goes a long way...I use it just about everyday. |

Thanks for all your suggestions so far!! Just to clarify, I am just looking for something to dust on my cheeks, bridge of my nose and a little on my forehead. |

Do you use all of the pure minerals make up? Your recommendation looks interesting.
I'd like to hear more comments about this line. |
