Hello, just wondering, when making my Aspirin mask, i tend to add in few EOs, for example, Lavender...i herd it can reduce redness...so how many drops? i put in around 12, is that too much?

Do you make it fresh everytime? If you are just using 5 aspirin or something, 12 might be too many.
I did to an aromatherapy course years ago, but once I had kids I didn't have time to play with my oils or the cash to buy them, so I'm a bit rusty.
I'll have to have a look around for my notes. Someone else might be able to help sooner.

How large a batch do you make Ejay? On one of the last pages of the DIY thread there's a simple rule of thumb list of how many drops / fl. oz / ml.

If you are mixing enough aspirin mask for a single use, no more than 3 drops of an EO or combination of EOs should be used.
If you make it by the tub-ful, as I do, then I typically add around 10 drops each of any three EOs that tickle my fancy, per 8-ounces of aspirin mask. |

Hello again, thnx for all ur replies, im using 8-10 aspirings + half tea spoon of honey and another half tea spoon of plain yogourt.
