Mabsy, you asked how I liked this cleanser, so here is my honest review.
The bottle states that it is a cleanser, toner, and eye make-up remover in one. It has Coenzyme Q10 in it, and is of a creamy thick lotion consistency. From what I gather from the vague directions, you just put some cleanser on to a cotton ball and remove make-up. There is no need to rinse. I would say that it removes makeup including eye makeup exceptionally well when used in this way. However, I prefer to wash with water, and a few times I've tried washing it off with water like a standard cleanser, and it is not so effective at removing eye makeup when used with water. What's nice about this product is that it states that it is free of perfume and coloring which may make it ideal for those with sensitive skin. However, it smells strongly of alcohol and the third ingredient is SD alcohol (alcohol denat). I think that it might become too drying in the future. For now this works as a good eye make-up remover, or alternative cleanser for lazy days, but when this is done I won't repurchase it because a) it smells strongly of alcohol and b) I like to wash with water. :P |
