I'm currently using the Janson Beckett 5-Day Sample Pack, primarily to try the ADCE, but I'm giving all of the products a go.
I seem to be having a reaction to the OkuSil eye serum. The serum appears to be creeping into my eyes even when I stopped applying it to the upper eye area as directed, and even when I try dilligently to stay on the occipital bone. My eyes are very irritated in the morning (I apply before bed) and I seem to have more "crusties" (sorry, gross) forming in the inner corner of my eyes. Do you think it's a result of one of the products applied before the OkuSil? Any ideas on application, or should I just lay off this particular product? FYI: the order of application is:
1. AH3 Facial Skin Prep
2. Vitamin C&C Facial Serum
3. ADCE
4. OkuSil |

Is the Okusil the only product that you're bring up around the eye area? If so then I would skip it for a few days and see if things settle down. This could also be related to an allergy or something along those lines but obviously if it started when you started using the kit then chances are it is some sort of reaction to the product. |

Yes - I stopped using my Decleor eye cream and substituted OkuSil for the trial period. And I don't use any of the other new products around the eye... so it must be the OkuSil causing the reaction. I didn't use it last night or this morning and I'm all set.... must be a bad fit with that particular product. Otherwise, I'm happy with the remainder. As you noted in reply to another post of mine about ADCE, I don't feel the need to moisturize after applying the other products. So far, I'm seeing a nice, healthy glow and an overall softening of my eleven and forehead lines. |

I hate to sound negative and I think the Janson Beckett line is generally a good one, but Okusil is one of the very worst products I've ever come across. I've had complaints about products that weren't effective, but Okusil is the first product I encountered that did damage. Fortunately, with a little work it was reversible.
I'd advise you to go on with the rest of your JB products and toss the Okusil. |

I'm glad to hear that you're getting some positive results already! Sounds like the Okusil is not suitable for you though. Just goes to show that what works for others may not work for all - neither my mother nor I ever had any problems with Okusil.
