My sixteen year old daughter has been battling acne for the past year! It has been very difficult to control since most of the drugstore products out there cause her rosacea to become alot worse. We have done facials regularly and used the Pevonia line for Rosecea as well as the problematic Pevonia line. While the Pevonia rosacea products seem to have that problem under control the acne is getting worse and you can imagine what a huge deal this is for her! She is a cosmetology student who is meticulous about her hair and skin care regiment. We have seen the dermatologist and he just wants to give her prescription antibiotics and hormone therapy. I really think that is a last resort. Does anyone have any ideas about another line of products or any other advice??? |

I personally have been battling with acne since I was 8 (I'm now 26). I've tried Proactiv and it didn't work for me. I was using Serious Skin Care (available on the Shopping Channel) and it worked for years but then it stopped. I recently ordered Murad. Hopefully that would do the trick. |

Try using aspirin mask, the recipe is posted on the DIY post. I've also been battling with moderate acne problem especially on my chin. It has helped me clear up the acne and also keep my skin looking clearer.
Also for rosacea, I've been using Zhong Zhou ointment and after the first 3 months, my face is a lot better. |

Thanks for the advice! We are willing to try anything. I can't believe how easily they give drugs for this kind of thing. I will keep you posted! |
