| Used shampoo, conditioner and finishing creme once a day - this resulted in weak, dry hair. This is awful, considering my hair is natural (color virgin) and has never been blow-dryed or subjected to hair abuse of any kind. |

I've stayed clear of this line because of that reason too. I've heard many have problems with JF.
Isn't one of the first couple ingredients alcohol??
I can't remember off hand, but I try to steer clear of hair products containing alcohol. Too drying. Long hair is fragile enough without adding product that drys it out. |

| Oh! I've just bought the shampoo and conditioner. See whether they work well or not but I normally won't used up the whole bottle of any shampoo or conditioner coz I still cannot find the right ones. |

Yah, I tried the whole line and unfortunately bought a couple of extra bottles since they were on such a good sale.
Horrible mistake since I don't plan on finishing even one bottle of this junk. Dried out my hair, made my color fade, and generally frizzed me out. |

I seem to recall this line being posted amongst "worst products" in the http://www.essentialdayspa.com/forum/viewthread.php?tid=2815&highlight=products thread.
Great place to look before buying! |

I've never used their shampoos or conditioners, but I have used their styling products. Unfortunately they didn't work on me at all. They ended up making my usually naturally shiny hair sticky and dull. I was really disappointed and walked back into the shower to wash the product off.  |
