I was wondering if anyone has used this product, or are currently using it, and if you are happy with it? Has it made any drastic changes in your skin? I could only find a couple of posts on it, so was not sure if anyone was having success with it. Would appreciate any and all feedback! Thanks!  |

I am using it- the 1% and I REALLY like it. I've used Retin-A and retin-a micro and taz and even though people say retinol is not as strong and, therefore, not as effective I notice that the retinol IS working.
Is it a miracle thing? NO but I don't think anything is. My main concern is right under my eyes and I do not put the PSF retinol there. I'm sensitive there and I think it would be too much. The rest of my face is fine- no wrinkles or sagging so I can't say if it has changed anything there. I'm using mostly for prevention there. I'm thinking of ordering the PSF .5% retinol to try around my eye area.
What I like about the PSF one, as opposed to other retinol products, is the base that it is in. There is a ton of great skin stuff in there that I'm getting along with the retinol. I like the texture of it too.
So, I like it and I will be re-ordering when I run out. |

Hi Sportygirl...
Right now I am alternating retin a micro 0.04% and psf retinol night repair. Before using the retin a micro, I just used the psf retinol, and to be honest... I dont think it is a miracle (thats why I talked my derm into giving me retin a micro).
Like Lily... what I like about psf retinol is the based that it is in. It is cream based, thus it is hydrating and feels nice for my dry skin.
I do not know if I will reorder..... I think I can get cheaper night cream to alternate with the retin a. |

I'm using the 1% and will second all of what Lily said about it! It is a great product, and while I don't really have wrinkles and sagging as yet, it does smooth the texture of my skin and will hopefully be a good preventative measure against aging. As a side note, I also love the PSF Phyto Lift eye gel...that's all I use around the eye area and it works really well for me. I actually had a cosmetic eye lift 2 years ago (the only part of my face that was going south prematurely  ), and I can honestly say this stuff really helps me retain my results.

Thanks a lot everyone,that really helps me out! I was really just looking for something I could use in between the microdermabrasions (monthly) and the Retinol sounds like it might be mild enough but also just strong enough to keep my skin smooth until my next appt. I didn't want anything too harsh or abrasive so this may be the product for me!  |

| Hi ladies - me again - I was just wondering, when you say the Retinol is quite "hydrating" does that mean it is enough on its own? Or do you still use a moisturizer over the top? My skin leans a little towards the oily side, so I try to stay away from products that are too hydrating, if you know what I mean. If it creates a little dryness that would be better for me. Thanks again.... |

I'm use Skinceuticals Retinol .o5,for me I do feel it dry and I apply Clarins Hydra Serum on top of it.(will move to Skinceuticals B5)
sportygirl , could you please tell me where you buy PSF in Canada? |

I just order it from the website. As far as I know, that is the only place it's sold. Maybe someone else knows another place you can get it! |

Your welcome, and yes, they sure do. I order a lot of stuff from there that I can't get here in Canada. Our FDA is very strict! 
Thank God for EDS, and their Canadian. I guess we do have some great things! |

Sportygirl, yeah... I think psf retinol is hydrating. I personally do not use other moisturizer on top of it at night. My skin is pretty dry, and I live in CO (dry... dry... dry....). Just to give you an idea. |

about the psf retinol... i got a sample with my purchase.
i never used retinol products before and found it a little irritating but i think i needed to get use to the product...
i used it once every two days and my skin peeled a bit... |

| I do have to say that I like the PSF retinol. I do however have to put a moisturizer on after it, as my skin is quite dry. So, I would imagine that if your skin tends to be on the oily side, you would not find it necessary to follow it with anything. |

I tried the sample of 0.5% for a few nights and found it leaves a shiny film on my face after application. It doesn't irritate my skin nor cause any dryness/peeling though I haven't used any retinol product before.
Can anyone recommend some good retinol products suitable for combination skin? I'd like to add retinol to my current regimen.  |

| I just got this a few weeks ago, skin looks more luminous to me. (this and the clarisonic brush, lol!) I am only using it twice a week now, will build up in the future. |
