Ditto what Bushy said.
Yes you can use it instead of Vit. C or in conjunction with. Both are antioxidants. If you want to use both I'm not sure if they should be layered.

| I used it and got an ugly rash within a few weeks of using it. I have read on other boards of people having serious reactions to this product. I think you either love it or hate it, no in between, lol! |
