I am considering switching from cellex c advanced serum (17.5%) to either skinceuticals 15% or vivitar 20%. I haven't had any problems tolerating the 17.5% but am intrigued by all of the great reviews on this forum and am looking to give another product a try.
Is there really much of a difference between the three and the results they provide?
Plus, I have been told that it isn't good to use an aha prioduct at night if you are using a vitamin c product during the day.
My skin is pretty normal/dry (seasonal). I am 34 and have the typical expression lines that come from living. They are deeper on my forehead though and crisscross under my eyes.
Any words of wisdom or product suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi Trinka
Can I suggest you add another option to consider? Primacy's Vit C + E - I found it more "enriching" for my dry skin. Planning to write a review about it soon.
Another thought - AHA in moderation may be good in order to slough off dead cells and stimulate skin rejuvenation (as especially for more mature skin). And, I believe it makes treatment products like the VIT C we are using more effective as it enables better penetration of the treatment.
I currently use AHA 2 to 3 times a week. As for the appearance of lines (whether criss crossed or straight :P), I use Skinceuticals' Intense Line Defense as mentioned in the Product Review Section. It is quite good in keeping the "rails" light...:P
Cheers,

Thanks for the valuable input Jenny.
I just read your review on skinceuticals line defense and I'm intrigued. I will ask for a sample when I place my (first) order!
I never considered using an aha a few times a week. I thought it had to be daily or the results just wouldn't be there.
Many thanks once again!
