I've ordered mineral eye shadow from J. Lynne and Aromaleigh. They're really pretty, but unfortunately, they disappear in a couple hours...don't stick to my skin (eye lids) at all.
Should I try to mix them with water or maybe primer to get them to adhere to my eyelids?
Thanks, BG |

I use BE glimmers, and I apply them like mini-foundations. I swirl them around in my brush, tap until nothing comes off, them sort window wiper them on. They never crease, never come off. A base or primer is a good idea-- I use my multi-tasking bisque all over my lid before any eye makeup. Try your mineral foundation as a base and see if it helps. |

Definitely try using a primer or powder your lids before the eye shadow. Should help with the staying power. |

I find that while I don't have problems with other shadows, I *have* to use primer with mineral shadows otherwise they end up creasing on me I've got a Lumene primer and also a BeneFit primer and both help a lot. |
