Well, since I am a mineral makeup product junkie myself and I am close to finish all my current product, I decided to treat myself once again! Very Happy

My planned regime/ shopping list is as followed:

Primer - MAC Prep + Prime Base for Skin

Foundation - Jane Iredale PurePressed Base (what I am currently using and only showing this for illustration)

Base/Illuminator - Chanel Bronze Universel

Foundation brush - Nars Bronzer brush

Concealer - BE Summer Bisque

Concealer brush - Giorgio Armani #14

Highligher/Finish - BE Mineral Veil ( Soft Focus )

Background info about me:

Skin Tone - tanned overall colour with blotches of red marks in cheeks Crying or Very sad

Texture - Generally silky smooth but have afew shallow pitted acne scar on cheeks after a major breakout which I have just only recovered 3 months ago. Confused

Any suggestions on my MMU regime are welcomed! Neutral

Looks good. I was not overly impressed with the BE, I had the Bisque and it never covered a thing, in the end I gave it away.

I am new to mineral make-up myself, I tried the BE and hated it, my face looked so shiny.
I think it is trial and error, finding what works for you by testing everything.
I am due to try some Physicians Formula Very Happy
Have you looked on Make-up Alley at the reviews, I always find these are acurate.

The MAC Prep and Prime - get a sample first, they are always good at giving samples at the MAC counter. It is worth taking some small sample pots as often they run out.
I would advise to the same with the Chanel.
Both Brush choices look good Very Happy

I used BE for a while and liked it but had to put powder on top to cut down the "pearly" finish it gave me. I *much* prefer the Jane Iredale pressed base - I also find it easier and less messy to apply because it's pressed.

Thanks for your advice Masby but I have already got Jane Iredale PurePressed Base if you look carefully as above!

Although I might look towards buying Jane Iredale's concealer now to cover my red marks and acne scarring.

To Rosebud: I have look though your previous post, would you still recommend me to buy MAC studio finish one as concealer?

Yes I do like MAC Studio Finnish Concealer Wink
I purchased the 242 brush for applying (I think it is suposed to be an eye shadow brush but I like it for concealer.
If I have a larger area to cover, say redness I like to use my fingers too.

Sorry - I missed the fact that it was the BE concealer that was on your list and not the foundation. I was basically trying to say that you shouldn't bother with the BE because the JI is much better and easier. But, I haven't tried the BE concealer, so this comment does not apply Smile
