Funny, I did the same thing once. I couldn't believe it. So irritating as this stuff is expensive!! I recall just staring at it every time I walked in the room -and not throwing it out for a long long time. It's like making a recipe that doesn't come out right and you keep sampling it??? It just doesn't change?? Maybe not the best illustration but I'm with you. I still need another serum. Where did you get yours? Yermojoe

did it turn another color? Yellow, brown, amber? If so, you'll have to throw it away...If not, cap it and use!

You may have shortened its life but it'll probably still work. To keep Vit C effective for as long as possible, you should store it in the refrigerator. I think I read somewhere about wrapping the bottle in tin foil as well.

I left my Vivier not properly closed overnight and it's fine. As long as it's not turned dar orange or brown color then it should be fine.

Got my original C serum from PSF (20%) hard to tell the colour as the bottle is brown!
Can't believe Avon do a C serum (10%) got one off ebay in case my PSF one was knackered!

I'll drop a bit on some white paper, see what colour it is! (Avon one is orangy colour from new)

Question The dropper is clear - just take it out of the bottle and have a look to see what color the serum is. If you left it open for just one night then it's fine.

Btw, sorry to say, but the Avon serum is crap!

Laughing derr oh yeah I forgot the dropper is clear! (Shows how long is since I used it Embarassed was worried if it was 'off' could cause damage)

Ooo can you not edit your posts these days?

Maybe this should be in product reviews, glad Avon C was cheap, found it leaves greasy shiny film and smell reminds me of nail polish remover! *fingers crossed my PSF C will be ok* (cost me a fortune in import tax when bought it!)
