Hi,
My feet are very dry, and almost always hot. I tried a lot of different products, but nothing really helps.
Can you recommend products that worked for you?
Thanks |

I read somewhere that if you wash your feet and then apply that sanitizer that you use for your hands when you can't wash them it will cool them and keep them fresh feeling all day. I don't know if this works....never tried it. But I can see it working, if only temporarily. |

I don't know how to help the hot part (I always wear flip flops ), but do you exfoliate your feet? I use one of those long, flat things with the sandpaper stuff on it for my heels, and a foot scrub for the rest. Then a good, thick moisturiser. It really helps the dryness. |

I use a Gehwol balm and also a Gehwol deodorising foot spray and they both make my feet feel tingly and fresh when I apply them. I am not sure if that would help you since I don't have the same concern as you - my feet almost always feel cold. |

The Body Shop makes a great Peppermint Foot Lotion that i usually add extra drops of EO to pump up it's cooling effect (it doesn't really help *that* much with the dryness though). i use it religiously during trade shows when i have to be on my feet for long hours (12+) in heels. at night, i massage Tiger's Balm into my feet and sleep with socks on and my feet feel refreshed in the morning. hot feet are not usually my problem either, but trade shows (especially in Vegas) can turn them into the Sahara. both these products really seem to help.... |
