As a new Benefit addict, whose fallen in love with every product that I've ordered, I'm totally stumped on what the eye bright is supposed to do and how you use it. I use the Bad gal eye liner upper and lower, so what would I do with the eye bright or is it just for people who don't wear eye liner? I'm confused.  Any thought? |

| I've got the Eyebright and really like it. You can use it on the inside of your lower eyelid to make your eyes look bigger and make you look more awake! I also use it under my eyebrow, just draw a line and blend it in. It gives your eyes a 'lifted' look. You can also put a dot at the inside and outside corners of the eye, just make sure you blend properly. One more tip is to use it on you cupids bow to give your lips a fuller look. It's a very versatile pencil! HTH. |

| Rachel, thanks for tips but I'm curious, doesn't it get mixed up with the black eye liner when you use it one the inside of the lids? |

| If you wear black eyeliner on the inside of your eye there's no point using the eyebright too. It's one or the other. You could just use it the other ways. Or use black eyeliner under your lash line and eyebright inside the eye?! |

| I agree with Rachael - I use this on the inner lower lash line, but you would not use this if you apply eyeliner on the inner lash line as well. One way would be to apply eyeliner below the lash line and this on the inside. Another would be to just use it on your brow bone and on the inner corners of your eyes to brighten then up. |

i've used it as well, but not as an eyeliner, only on the inner corners of my eye to brighten the area and it can be used at the outer corner of the eyes, like a mini lift. I don't think it's meant to be used on the inner rim of the eye.

if you want your eyes to look larger, you would use a white eyeliner on the inner rim and then soften it.

| I asked at the Benefit counter when I bought this and was told it's fine to use on the inner rim of the eye. I have quite sensitive eyes and wear contact lenses and have never had any problems. |

i didn't mean it in terms of whether it would cause sensitivity or discomfort, just how the product is generally applied. But i guess different consultants may have different opinions about how the product can be used.

MizSlick, I'm a new Benefit addict, too! I got the Eye Bright pencil and have only used it on the inner lower lid...and it really does make the eyes look so refreshed and awake! I also got the Lemon Aid and Ooh La Lift, which I love as well.
However, thanks to Rachael's post, I now have several other uses for the E.B. pencil (great idea about the cupids bow)!  Even though I suspected I could use the Eye Bright under the eyebrow, I was in a binge-buying mood and also bought the High Brow lift pencil...which is a nice product, but not really necessary when you have the Eye Bright!
