Hi everybody, I'm absolutely new here : just found the page & am completely excited, because this is what I've been looking for for ages (so I registered immedietely !). The notorious EDS-members will probably stone me for my question, but this is a topic which has occupied my mind for ages - still with no satisfying answer. I'm 41, with slightly dry (dehydrated) skin, with occasional eruptions (due to hormonal problems). Since I can remember I've been looking for THE EYECREAM. not for an eyecream, but for the one, the real one. still haven't found it ... So I'm awaiting your opinions, am really curious. (have no dark circles, but occasional puffyness, and wrinkles - probably due to the recent 20 years spent in a front of computer-displays . . .).
Thanks a lot,
melinda |

I'm new here too, so I thought I'd respond to your post! I recently started using DHC Concentrated Eye Cream, and I'm pretty happy with it. I had dry, papery skin around my eyes and it took care of that in a snap. It takes awhile to sink in, but it leaves the skin around my eyes soft and bright. |

Hi there~ THE eye cream, huh?....you're funny.
I'm new to eye creams (doh!) and recently decided after careful comparison on the Murad Essential C Eye Treatment and my needs read similar to yours. It has my wants, SPF 15 w/ C that I can use on my upper lids as well as below, a consistency that is pleasant besides functional and it got nice reviews by some here. I also purchased Burt's Bees Eye Jelly (purrr)...for days when I don't care about results and just wanna be babied.
Have you tried the Bliss Sleeping Peel Eye Gel? I plan to after I've used Murad for a while so I can judge results better...then maybe Murad for day and Bliss @ night. |

"The eye cream" for me is Juvedical Eye Serum and Cream. Removed all my puffiness. I still keep it on hand (it is a bit expensive) and apply now and again but the rest of the time I am now using Photolagen. |

Thanks for reply ! well, I could review all the common creams from Dior's Capture to Shiseido's Bioperformance (via Chanel, Biotherm, Clarins, and all the others . . .) - where I haven't seen the slightest result. As I have the time now I'm doing a bit of a survey, I even found a report about eye treatments in a dermatological report. it's interesting, because if you check the customer reviews about the winners from the report those are not quite of the same opinion. well, we're all different, and our skin as well... I heard a lot (positive) about Juvena and most probaly I'm going to try it, finally. Bigatti's Restauration Eye Return should be also worth a try, however it's very expensive. And also thinking about Kinerase Under Eye Rescue. I promise to come back with a review if I tested it (them). |

"the" eye cream for me has been (so far) Cellcosmet Eye Contour Cream. I've been using it for most of two years now maybe? I am 29 and have no wrinkles around my eye area. Then again, I have no wrinkles so I'm not saying that it's the eye cream but it came highly recommended to be by others. I love it's light texture and the level of moisture it provides. |
