I want to try the cellex c betaplex products as EDS has a starter kit with 6 items included. Moreover, the price of this kit is really attractive. However, no one comment on the effects of these products. Does there anyone try it before, let's share.
I have combination skin with yellowish complexion. It seems to have much dead cells covering on my face even I used deep cleansing mask or scrub. Those products are not effective for me. So I want to try the Betaplex line as it contains AHA and BHA. |

The betaplex line had my attention too, but I got wooed away before I purchased. It is still on my "try sometime" list though! |

I haven't tried the betaplex line-except for the cleansers. I ordered both from sephora & returned them the next day. If I remember correctly, one left my skin feeling sticky & the creamy one didn't clean well-there was make-up all over my towel. |

Cellex was one of the very first high-end lines that I purchased, and I seem to recollect moving on because I didn't really like anything from their line except the Vit C serum which I did use up before trying Vivier. I remember esp. hating an eye serum, it was in a little tube, and the serum was blue. Yuck! Totally dried out my eyes, and was very sticky. |

Both the Betaplex cleansers get good reviews on MUA so unfortunately I'm still tempted... |

I was thinking of trying the Cellex-C Betaplex Line Smoother 15% AHA Serum (similar to what I am using now which is the SkinCeuticals Intense Line Defense 12% AHA Serum). I guess I am thinking because it has more AHA in it that it would be better, but higher percentage may not always mean that. Decisions, Decisions. |

There is a comment somewhere on the boards from someone who had teriffic results with the line smoother. That was the main thing I wanted to try.. then I remembered.. aside from crows feet, lines are not my problem -yet. (well hopefully with all the attention I give my skin now they wont be a problem for antoher couple decades) |

I've purchased the kit you are talking about a couple of times -- it is awesome and well worth it! Especially the cleanser and toner (might not be called a "toner")...the betaplex mask is great too -- it has a bit of a "bite" though - so keep it away from very sensitive areas...I noticed a difference in my skin after going through one kit --- nice clarity without any redness or tenderness...good stuff! Thumbs up from me!
