I just wanted to say I ordered some Decleor Baume essential with the voutcher I won last week and it arrived this morning already. Fantastic efficient service with regular emails confirming despatch etc your service is second to none thank you and well done Very Happy

I completely agree with you!

I haven't ordered from EDS since the beginning of this year (no kidding! I've been trying to use up what I have...) but I ordered late last night. By the time I got up this morning I already had an email notification about everything being fine with the payment. Shortly after I had a notification that one of the items I bought was on back order and would be a week's wait. The email also told me what samples that I had requested they had and didn't have. I was very impressed! I don't recall them having this level of notifications before but I like it! Smile

I've always had great service too! One time they made a mistake and one quick phone call was all it took to fix everything.

Lianne - I still have plenty of stuff to use up but I was running out of vit C and also loved the MDF product I just tried. So, I bought EmerginC vitC Forte 20% (I'm a bit sceptical of this serum but I haven't tried it yet so I will Smile

), CellularSkinRx Vit C serum for my mum, and MDF Illuminating Serum. I also asked for some samples of their new products - running low on new things to try Laughing

I was wondering if you had ordered any of the new products. There's a couple brands I'd like to try (amino genesis, ph advantage) I'm also curious about the skin tx since it's made by vivier.

I want to try so many things right now, it's ridiculous!

Lianne - I certainly had lots of new products on my list (MD Skincare etc) but in the end I decided to go for a simple order of just the "critical" items and ask for samples of the others. Unfortunately, EDS doesn't have samples of the AminoGenesis Photolagen, which is one of the things I had wanted to try Sad

oh too bad! I wonder if they'll have a sample of the facial repair cream

I will probably just order my eye cream and provide them a long list of sample suggestions because I can't afford anything besides the neccesities right now.

That's my problem, I still haven't decided. I'm thinking either the Babor sensational eyes of decleor vitaroma wrinkle prevention..

Both sound good - I haven't tried the Decleor as yet but really like the Babor one. Good luck deciding!

Well...I went with the Babor. I saw it says fragrance free which was my big worry. That combination cream from them was quite strong smelling, I couldn't imagine putting something like that around my eyes.

also got bioelements decongestant cleanser cuz it has great reviews on MUA

I've got a travel size of this for the same reason... I haven't tried it yet though.

kylala - sorry, have not yet tried it - the parcel arrived just today after being held up (and inspected!) by customs. I'll have to get back to you once I use it for a while but that won't be for a few months still.

mine came monday.

so far my impression of the eye cream is good!!

They were able to send a couple of the samples I asked for which I really appreciate. I can't wait til my skin calms down a bit and I can try the herbal recovery gel.
