Hi!
I was wondering what type of mask is beneficial to use during a sauna session? hydrating mask, cleansing mask etc...
sauna can help draw out toxins... so is it better off leaving my face with nothing on it?
but i'm scared that my skin will get too dry in saunas... do you guys have any tips? |

i'd use something that's hydrating or detoxifying, that way you don't have to worry about getting dehydrated, also a detoxifying mask will help with the elimination of toxins.

i was just wondering if a hydrating mask would stop the toxins from escaping? |

i would just leave your face clean and allow the toxins to come out naturally. if you're really concerned with drying your skin, you can put on a light facial oil with EO's, but i truly think you're better off leaving your skin naked . immediately *after* the sauna, you can put on whatever mask you think you need (detox, hydrating) leave it on for a few minutes whilst you cool down, then rinse everything off in the shower. |

I love the Got 2 Be mashed up mask for moisture! Check out that thread in the product reviews forum if you want to find out more about it. |

toxins usually get drained inwards, through the lymphatic system, rather than coming out through the skin, so a hydrating mask won't effect that.
