I've been taking Biosil for about a year or so. My 87 year-old dad took it 1st and found it helped his teeth after 6 months. For me, after about 3 months my neck, and shoulders loosen up a lot. I started with 5 drops / twice a day and now 3 drops. Lots of my friends / relatives are taking it right now. It tastes like rubber to me but some of my friends say it taste fishy. NASTY!!! |

If it is the Jarrow Biosil produt, that is one of the best if not the best silica product available. The reason for this is that it is significantly more bio-available to our bodies to assimulate and utilize. I cant remember that stats, but if you look on the box it gives you all the percentages of the bio-availability. I have personally seen that product also work wonders on couperose conditions, any vascular abnormalities related to the vein walls weakening. As you know it helps the body retain calcium. If you take a calcium supplement without silica, your utilization will be limited.
Biosil also works really well as an anti-aging supplement. It will help strengthen the reticular fibers which essentially support collagen and elastin of your skin thus keeping it firm.
I think its time for me to start taking this product again!!! External products only work so well, its what we take internally that can have a strong inpact on the skin of our entire bodies.
