I purchased Chanel Sheer Brilliance after reading reviews on Makeup Alley. You can either where the product by itself, mixed with makeup or as a highlighter. I am not much of a makeup person but wanted something to enhance my complextion. My whole face just lite up when I applied this lovely Chanel product to my face. I concentrated on my cheeks chin and eyebone. It has no oil in it or glitter. The best way to explain it is that it is more like mother of pearl. Please ladies go to a Chanel counter and try it. It comes in a 1 oz. bottle that should last a long time. The bad new: I paid $45.00 for it. I purchased it in Sunkissed which anyone could wear.
Had it on today and took Winnie to his groomer. The lady behind the counter asked me what I use on my skin saying "your skin is beautiful." Of course I said JB products . Must admit I have nice skin but the reason I looked so alive and glowed was because of Chanel.
I am just thrilled. Try before you buy. |

Winnie
I am pleased for you getting such a lovely compliment.
I might try this at counter but I am not purchasing anything else.
My bathroom looks like a department store cosmetic counter. I have jars and bottles of stuff hidden all over my bedroom and no more hiding places. I have purchased more skincare products in the last 8 months than I purchased in the 42 years prior to that. I am getting a grip on myself and you must not tempt me. |

Sounds like a winner Winnie! It's always nice to get compliments like that. I haven't tried the Chanel product you're talking about but I sometimes use YSL Complexion Enhancer as a makeup base. I have the lilac-y looking one which is supposed to counteract dullness etc It works quite well and is also subtle.
Lori - your bathroom/bedroom sound like mine! |

I'm a couple of months behind the eight ball here, but I just bought this product and I LOVE IT! It provides the same glow as MAC's Iridescent Loose Powder but I feel like I have much more control over application, it's not as messy, and I like that it can be mixed with a body moisturizer to use wherever you want to use it. Very cool. |
