Yippee!
My seborrhea has calmed down significantly for the first time in more than 10 years! I think the reason is the apple cider vinegar toner I've been using on my face post cleansing.
I've also started using Aveeno facial bar to clean. In addition, I take (orally) flaxseed oil, B12 complex, Vitamin C and Magnesium. But I really think it's the ACV that's doing the trick.
I originally made it as a hair rinse, but it did nothing to reduce the scalp flaking. Rather than chuck it, I swiped it over my face one day. The next morning the redness and hyperpigmentation had subsided.
Seborrhea is fickle, so I've experienced brief periods of relief from it over the years. But they normally don't last more than a day. This has lasted for a couple weeks now! I'm thrilled! Maybe I can even go without makeup one day soon!

Hi T! Can you share what you mix your ACV with? Do you add any essential oils? |

Hi,
Actually I don't mix the ACV w/anything but distilled water. I used Carekate's recipe (I think) in a 1:4 ACV to water mix.
Best,
