How are your results? I just ordered a 5 day sample pack. It includes: JB organic cleansing milk, AH3 facial skin prep, okusil and alphaderma CE.
Do I need all of these products for good results?
TIA! |

I think within a week you'll either love it or leave it. I wasn't all that impressed with the 5-day pack and would rather spend my money elsewhere (like IS clinical or a retinol product). I have the DermExcel or whatever it's called that I got in a giveaway and it really doesn't do much for me either. Hopefully it will work great for you as it has for others here, but it didn't blow my skirt up. |

I use all those products...mostly every am, when I skip its because I overslept and dont have time. I like them all, probably won't reorder the Okusil or cleaner, but everything else really seems to help.
From what I've read on this site, the prep helps the Alpha-derma, but personally I don't really notice a difference. |

I also used the 5-day pack. Ultimately, I would repurchase the ADCE (wish the samples were bigger so I could be really sure), but the vitamin C made me greasy so I'm using it up on my chest. The prep lotion had a strange consistency... not worth repurchasing. And lastly, I had a reaction to the Okusil... it would creep into my eyes at night and cause horrible itchy/redness.
As for the ADCE specifically, I feel that it gives a nice glow and it does seem possible that it would have long-term, positive benefits to wrinkles.
I can't remember if I got the cleansing milk or didn't want to use it because of all things, cleansers are where I tend to have the greatest risk of a reaction. |

Hi.
I'm brand new here, but I've been using the JB line for a little while now. I agree that the five-day pack is useless -- it lasted me two days. But, I ordered the travel pack that has larger amounts of the main stuff, and it gave me a chance to try out the line for $100.
I really like the products -- especially the skin prep and the ADCE. They make my skin feel nice and moisturized, but do not cause breakouts. After about six weeks of diligent use, I am noticing a slight improvement in the hyperpigmentation I have from old acne, and maybe a slight improvement on fine lines as well.
I am underwhelmed by the Okusil. I now use a DMAE serum that I got at Whole Foods in its place. I am currently trying the DermExcel, but am finding that it is causing some breakouts, so I'm not sure about it yet.
I am going to keep using the products until my new bottles of skin prep and ADCE run out,and then I will really evaluate it, but so far, so good.

Out of those I think the skin prep and the aplphaderma are the star products. You don't need to use the cleansing milk or the okusil if you don't like them. Also, the sample pack is pretty small so I would suggest you use those two to spot treat, e.g. any frown lines betwen the brows, to see the difference. That way you can use it for a longer period of time and see if you like it. |

I have been using the Skin Prep and ADCE since Nov. or Dec. and I like it. I usually put both on in the morning and then add a moisturizer, if needed that day, and a sunscreen if I'm going to be outside. I do notice a subtle improvement in my skin although I think I may need to add something a bit stronger to little stubborn lines around my eyes and 11s ... although I'm still not quite sure which product is best for me as I can get a little bit sensitive at times. |

I have used the whole line at one time or another since its inception. I know that it has made my skin tone nicer by far - it hasn't immobilized my frown lines but I kind of knew that that wasn't possible anyway. (thank you botox) I would reorder any and all of the items. I have a "stash" of cleanser, toner, prep, & the CE & Dermal but I don't mind rotating the C&C or the Okusil with other lines. Maybe you could try the travel kit. When you consider all that's in it you might get a better idea of how it all works for you. |

I hate to say that I was underwhelmed with the JB line. I really wanted to love it! I bought the cleanser because there was a promotion to get a free bottle of the C&C serum if you spent a certain amount. While I like the cleanser, I wouldn't repurchase. I use when I'm feeling too lazy to do OCM.
The Skin Prep I could only use at night. I found that whatever product I put over it made it ball up. It also made my Vit. C serum feel really tacky and sticky. I used the ADCE religiously twice a day and just really didn't notice much difference. I was gauging it by my smile lines (which I feel are way too noticeable for 27). There may have been a tiny amount of softening, but it was damn near imperceptible.
The C&C serum had a really nice texture and soaked into my skin very well, but I switched over to something with a high concentration.
All that being said, the products are of great quality, you can feel it in the texture. They just didn't really do much for me! |

I had botox done last December and was due for the next injection in March which I did not do, instead decided to try this 5-day sample pack. I was only using it in the morning and the alpha derma CE was only used on specific parts of my face, so the trial pack lasted about 3 weeks for me. I am so far happy with the result Just ordered the products last week, waiting for it to arrive. As for Okusil, it did lessen the puffiness under my eyes but I think I need to use another eye cream to moisturize it. |

My mother has used this line since it was introduced and she is still loving it and the results. In fact, I actually used to have to buy it for her as she doesn't shop online but just this morning she told me that she ordered another bottle herself! She introduced her friend to it (who now also loves it) and they bought one of the specials together and divided up the stash I wish she'd tell me things like this *before* they happen as she has no clue about any of the discount codes that come up every so often or about the EDS specials and our new forum discount |

I'm one of the minority here. I like the Okusil serum and after trying the sample pack I bought a full-size. After a few days use, I found it made my eye area look brighter and tighter-looking.
I didn't think much of the other items so never re-purchased. |

Hi,as a newie here, I just thought I'd share my opinion of JB Alpha Derma range.Really don't know if the Prep gel does much or not but I use religiously but do like the Alpha Derma.I find it really has given me an even skin tone and my fine lines do look finer, but haven't done much for the laughter lines around my mouth. Have used the Derema 7 and you do see a difference but everything is so expensive plus the postage, as I live in Europe. The Okusil oil is brilliant for bags under the eyes and it really is the only thing on the market that has helped, unless somebody knows of another good product? The reason I ask is that I'm very allergic to it and will have to stop using it.... Plus, the range doesn't firm enough for my liking. But all in all I would reccomend it. It has done more than some others that I could mention that are a lot more established and more expensive. So, our quest continues girls! |
