Jane Iredale is available from various salons in the UK - you should be able to get locations by contacting the UK distributor:
Landmark Distributors Ltd
Unit 1
1000 North Circular Road
London NW2 7JP
Tel: 020 8450 7111
Fax: 020 8450 0901
e-mail: janeiredaleuk@aol.com
As for other British goodies to try, I'd suggest:
REN - fabulous natural skincare and bodycare. Their bath oils are particularly amazing and don't leave oily residue. www.renskincare.com
Aromatherapy Associates - Lovely range of gorgeous smelling products, particularly their Rose Renew stuff. www.aromatherapyassociates.com
Neal's Yard Remedies - One of my absolute favourites, and I know rosebud would back me up on this if she weren't sunning herself in Florida! Wonderful, reasonably-priced natural skincare and bodycare. www.nealsyardremedies.com
Boots - Our equivalent of the US drugstores. Sells a wide range of products, including their own brands. Worth checking out if you have time. www.boots.com
Molton Brown - (I hate them at the moment, since they discontinued my favourite mascara, though!) Lovely soaps, shower gels, fantastic liquid soap. Also do nice cosmetics with ingredients that are good for you skin - even though they do stop making the best ones. www.moltonbrown.co.uk
Elemis - Mostly available from salons, but have gorgeous, lovely-scented salon-style products. www.elemis.com |

Juice Beauty is available from House of Fraser. Majorb has given you a great list here and I agree that all those brands are worth checking out. I would also recommend SpaceNK for a great selection of brands, including Aromatherapy Associates, REN and the cult brand Eve Lom famous for the green, herbal paste cleanser. If you are at all interested in fragrance I would recommend you to try Ormonde Jayne. |

Selfridges is a great place to go to for interesting items too. They often have skincare lines in their beauty hall that you don't see anywhere else in the UK - look out for items from the Organic Pharmacy there! |

Thanks for all the tips Ive actually just checked out the REN products and came back with the Rose shower wash and the Grapeseed and Jojoba body cream. Was also contemplating the Wild Yam body cream but have resisted it for now. Has anyone tried it with good reviews? I've actually heard wild yam helps in bust enhancement?? What about the shampoos? Are they any good? I'm looking for a SLS free shampoo/conditioner and a search here brought up Purelogy and Aubrey Organics as the favoured ones. Any idea if these lines can be found in the UK? I've got a week left here to step up on my shopping!! All input welcome! |

What do you know I am not even back a week and it's raining already!!
As well as the above fantastic suggestions...
*SUPERDRUG - Barry M do there own versions of MAC pigments called Dazzle Dusts at a quarter of the price and the colour selection is better.
Also you can normally find most products cheaper here than Boots.
*CADBURY'S CHOCOLATE - You have got to buy some of this!!! Look out for Flakes at the Newsagents.
*TEA BAGS are always worth taking home, brands such as Tetley or Yorkshire.
*WALKERS CRISPS |

MojoCat - I've tried a little bit of the Wild Yam cream at the shop counter and thought it was wonderfully moisturising. Unfortunately, it's really expensive, otherwise I would definitely have bought loads and loads of it!
Hope you enjoy using the rest of your REN goodies. |

hi mojocat! i haven't tried the pureology & aubrey but you may want to skip the ren shampoo. it's just an ordinary overpriced shampoo and nothing to write home about. but you may want to try the acacia blossom lip honey and the guerande(sp?) salt body balm, they are definitely worth trying! i also love their morrocan rose otto bath oil.
Have fun shopping ! |

Yay!!! More shopping to do the wild yam did feel v moisturising....i could be led astray is the salt scrub very harsh? I've got quite dry skin and tend to find salt scrubs generally too coarse for me unless the grains are super fine |

no mojocat, that's exactly why i love it. the texture is very creamy, buttery with very fine grains. i don't have dry skin but i dislike using puff/loofah in the shower so i just use my bare hands to exfoliate and coarse-y
grains are a no-no for me.
the scrub has lots of essential oils to make it gentle on skin, but also due to the buttery texture i have to be careful or it will end up on the bathroom tiles.
IMHO the REN bath & body care are worth trying but i am not too keen on their facial/skincare range.
how about juvena? aren't they from switzerland? oh i am soo envious of you LOL |
