I was fixing up a review and found some very interesting information about AGI Dermatics (developer and producer of Remergent)
AGI Dermatics have supplied Clinique and Lancaster (Coty) with ingredients for 20 years. I never knew that. Anyway, this is a very interesting article from the Women’s Wear Daily about the line: http://www.remergentskin.com/pdf/media/WWD_april7_2006.pdf
Two more very interesting company press releases about the molecular biologist who developed it and the patented ingredients are:

And, since the thread about Remergent on this forum is getting so long and fragmented, I have done a full sample review over on the products review board!

I've never been much of a fan of Clinique skincare - strange how all of these companies are so often inter-linked! |

Whilst I would never purchase it it now (nothing about it seems interesting and I dont like the huge cosmetic houses stuff), I cannot help but have a some fond memories of Clinique - because it was the FIRST ever skin care products I owned.
When I was 13, my mother decided it was time to get me started (perhaps I had a pimple come up and she got worried?! ) Anyway, back in those days ( how sad, I can use the phrase "those days" ... well, it was 27 years ago... ) SO, as I was saying.. back then I think Clinique was fairly new and considered a younger persons line.. and the "3 step" was pretty basic to get me started. I probably used the line on and off for 5 or more years (but of course I was buying a billion other stuff by then.. so much so my parents put my own vanity cupboard on the wall in the bedroom ) |
