Hi Silvia, Have you thought of the possibility of allergies/contact dermatitis. Have you seen a Dermatologist? How old are you-sometimes as you get to be peri-menopausal or beyond your skin acts weird. In general until you see a MD or figure out allergy probs. stick to very gentle cleansers and skin care products for both face and body. Nothing with fragrance or at least very little. Dr.H's products are very gentle and Dermalogica has gentle products for sensitive skin. Hope this helps. |

i would go see a dermatologist. Most acne products are for oily skin, which you dont seem to have. There is this really good topical cream for acne called Clynoxial Gel that is good for dry skin that is prone to acne. You need a doctor to prescribe you it. |

Try Juice Beauty Blemish Serum. It's the first acne product that I've tried that doesn't make my skin dry or sting. |

Siliva, I HAD the same kind of skin as yours when I was in school. At that time, I was very frustrated and worried that I would look so bad for the rest of my life!!!!!
My opinions are
1. See MD. If one says he/she cannot help, shift to another one immediately.
2. Don’t try any product until you get opinion from MD. Trust me. Your friends and your family might give you a lot of friendly opinions like “I use this and it’s very good” etc but their healthy skin was not your sensitive skin! Applying too many products might hurt your skin.
3. Be positive. Feeling bad would hurt your skin. It is very important! You are not the only one who has sensitive skin. (Remember, I am another one) |

Yeah...I definitely agree with jn1234!
If you having this kind of problem, you should better see MD first. It is because sometimes it's not because of your skin. Maybe your lymphatic system having problem or some other reasons. Like one of my friend, her skin is perfect but she suddenly having a lot of acne and peeled on her face. After the consultation, her doctor said she was too stressed. So before you take your friends advice, you should better see MD first! |

I also agree with jn1234. You might also want to see an allergist as well. Perhaps you are allergic to wheat and gluten. Your case sounds exactly like my friend who found out after going to an allergist and several dermatologists that she was allergic to wheat. She cut it out of her diet and it help immensely. Many times your skin is telling you something that is going on internally (like allergy or hormonal imbalances). Another example is myself; after I cut dairy out of my diet completely two years ago and dramatically reduced my wheat intake in the last year my eczema has improved unbelievably.
And don't hesitate to get a second opinion. |
