how do you track your package? (i am so excited about my order. i wanna know where it is now  )
I use the tracking number that EDS gives, but usps say there is no record of this item. |

| Are you sure it's USPS and not UPS? If it's being sent from Canada I don't know how they would mail it via USPS. |

hm.. from my understanding, EDS send it through the canada post, and once it comes to the US, USPS will take care of it. Also, I went to canada post website and put in the tracking number that EDS gave at it shows up. However, it is not complete, because I think since the package is already in the US, usps is in charge of it now. |

Ah--CanadaPost makes sense.
You know, sometimes it takes a while for the computer systems to be updated.
I know that I've gotten 'your package has been shipped!' emails from lots of companies and it takes a few hours (or even a day or two) for the tracking number to show up in the shipping company or USPS system. |

| I always have problem tracking USPS package. I always got "Tracking / package not found". Be patient, you'll receive the package soon. But I'll call EDS if I did not receive the package in 5 or 6 days. |

oh, it hasnt been that long yet. I am just too excited...!!!!. cant wait to get it, hence want to know where it is at now.... |

| I live in the states. I placed an order last Sunday, and I believe they tried to deliver it today...it came through the USPS. I have to go the Post office to pick it up. |
