First purchase that's not from a drugstore. I'm 42 and just starting to experiment with serious skincare products.
C+ Firming Serum
Relax-A-Line Topical Serum
Age-Limit Advanced Refinishing Serum
Calming Bio-Lipid Repair Creme
I am really hoping to see some improvements in a few weeks. I have vowed to myself to faithfully use just this product line for a while and give it some time to work.
The C+ is lovely the way it just sinks into the skin leaving it soft and clean...surprised me as the product seems greasy so I expected some oilyness- my skin is prone to being oily.
The relax a line I am most skeptical about, but hoping for the best. It also soaked into the skin nicely only leaving a slight shiny spot that dissappears when makeup is applied. HARD for me to only apply a drop or two because I have this mindset that MORE is always better- my life's philosophy about Everything LOL.
Excited to try the refinishing serum, hoping it truly will "refinish"!
The moisturizer is good, I did find I used too much the first time, a little goes a long way with this product line.
Anyone have good luck with these...I'd love to hear!

Allie Grace congratulations on your first non-drugstore purchase
Word of warning I have found that once I took the leap from drugstore to "serious" skincare it was only a matter of time before I was not even wincing at a $100 price tag. Actually, I do wince a little if I feel that the product has no benefit!!
I am interested in all of the products you mentioned (except for the Relax-A_Line) so I am also looking forward to hearing about other's experiences with these.
Also, I would like to hear your impressions of these after you have used them for a while! |

Serious Skin Care did wonders for my acne for more than 6 years. Unfortunately it all ended last year. I'm beginning to wonder if they've changed their formulation. I have noticed that they're concentrating more on their anti-aging products than the acne line.
Allie Grace, did you buy those products in a kit or separately? The best values for Serious Skin Care are always in their kits. |

Hi Yen!
I think Allie Grace meant "serious skin care" in the literal sense - in other words, that she got serious about her skin - not the actual product line Serious SkinCare. Looks like she's trying the Cellular Skin RX line!
But, speaking of Serious Skin Care - I'm sorry it stopped working for you. I like their Olive Oil Moisturizer and their Omega 3 serum very much. I get them for a pretty good deal on E-bay.

theresa, it may already be too late for me LOL, that was an $80 purchase and a few months ago I would not have spent that! I was thinking last night though about the cost compared to the drugstore purchases. And I really have spent a lot at the drugstore purchasing a little at a time, twenty bucks here and there adds up. Nothing except for the Roc with retinox had an effect on areas I wanted to see big CHANGES in. Still some good products at the drugstore.
I would spend 100 on something easily if I thought it would give me a facelift LOL. I have'nt heard of that product yet.
I will definitely write a review after a while. Last night used the refinishing serum and the C+ over that...felt warm and tingly:)
Yen, Maria's right, I meant I am getting "serious"! I am sorry though this product is'nt working for you anymore, maybe your chemistry has changed over the years. I do hope you find something that works, I have scars myself and even at 42 I still get zits occassionally.
Speaking of "kits", cellular skin rx does carry travel sizes, and they do have a trial size kit available. They also have weekend specials on thier site. Great customer service....and I ordered on a Tuesday afternoon and recieved it on Thurday afternoon, geesh! the shipping was $2
