I LOVE this stuff! Mind you that is based on just trying it once from a sample but rest assured this will be in my next order!
First, I really like the smell of it, I can't really put my finger on it but I think it smells slightly citrusy. Second, it has a light tint that would be great for all pale-skinned gals in my opinion (just gives that 'healthy' look). Third, it was semi-matte (though I did end up setting it with powder after all - personal preference). I did use Dermalogica Hydrating Booster underneath this because I wasn't sure if it was going to be mositurising enough. My face felt comfortable all day, so I'm guessing I did the right thing. I'm liking this more than the Dermalogica Sheer Tint Moisture SPF15 (which until now I really liked). I still like the Dermalogica but if I had to make a choice it would be the Murad one.
Best of all it's only CAD$26 for 1.7oz!
Edited to add: that I like this more than the YonKa tinted moisturiser because it gives a more matte result, plus it has a higher SPF. |

I thought Silica clogs pores (silica = talc)
Also, I find that my skin doesn't like titanium dioxide. Did you ever try Dermalogica Solar Booster 30? |

I ended up buying a full size of this a few months after writing the review above and have used this product for a while. I have to say that I have not had any problems with it at all and still really like it.
My only gripe with this is that if you leave the tube in your drawer and do not use it for a while (like a couple of months) the product does separate a bit and needs to be shaken well to get it back to original consistency.
ETA: Sorry, forgot your other question. I have used a sample of the SPF booster *ages* ago but I can't remember much about it. |
