I cannot sing the praises of this stuff enough!!!
It is a must for the summer.
My SO mannaged to get burnt in the Florida sun and I had had packed some samples of this, so I smothered half his burns with a sachet of the Dermalogica and as I ran out the rest in Aloe Vera.
The next morning you could see a huge difference between the aloe vera and Dermalogica.
Whilst the Aloe Vera gel reduced some of the inflamtion, the Dermalogica had rapidly reduced the redness and the area recovered twice as quickly!!
Ingredients:
Unique Reparative Complex helps protect cell proteins from further damage while restoring the skin's condition.
Japanese Alder scavenges free radicals and accelerates repair of UV-induced DNA damage.
Algae Extracts, Hyaluronic Acid and Glycolipids restore lost moisture to further accelerate the recovery process.
A homeopathic blend that includes Clove Oil, Szechuan Pepper, Licorice, Mugwort, Lavender, Cucumber, Chamomile and Yucca helps reduce irritation, redness and pain induced by sunburn
I have already placed an order!! |

Yes, this stuff is phenomenal! I too tried it out with some sample packages last summer. I can not bring myself to order the full size though because I'm always convinced there's no need for it, as I will not get burned again and be diligent with my sun protection (wishful thinking, what can I say!) However if you're more realistic and know you'll get burned, this truly is a great product. |

That's great!!! I used Weleda Skin Food when I got badly sunburnt earlier this year and found it fantastic! It was very rich though so I'll be trying this if need be - though I hope there is no occasion that I have to use this on in the near future |

I was just wondering.... I'm naturally tanned so i dont get sunburnt all that easily. But If you apply lots of sunscreen before you stay out in the sun, does that protect you 100% from being sunburned? Or would you have to keep reapplying sun-screen every 30 mins? |

No sunscreen protects you 100% from being sunburned... Generally if you are out in the sun you need to reapply sunscreen ever 2 hours or so. If you have been in the water or have been sweating heavily you would need to apply sunscreen afterwards.HTH |
