has anybody ever contacted ren? I emailed them a couple of weeks ago regarding the storage and packaging of their omega 3 serum.
And they never wrote me back. I wonder why they dont stand by their product and provide me with the information that I want. |

| I hate when companies do that. I wrote True Cosmetics a week and a half ago, and still no answer. It kind of puts me off the product, despite the raves here. |

I know.... even is clinical did that to me.
I sent them email about 4-5 days ago, and never got a reply. Had to call them this morning, which kinda weird since according to Tiger_tim is clinical always replies fast. |

| mine is with Avalon Organics and most recently Juice Beauty. I wrote to JB about vitamin C percentages in their antioxidant serum but alas, no reply. |
