Your best plan for anti-aging would be a good sunscreen with high uva protection, a antioxidant serum,like say vit c, maybe a retinoid cream.Also eat well,sleep well and live well! |

I think it depends on your skin. I'm not 40 yet, but I've been using anti-aging products for a while now to ward off those tiny fine lines that are starting to appear. I agree totally though about the suncreen ... VERY important. Carolb69 has offered alot of great advice about the serums, retinoids, etc. |

I don't remember where I heard this but apparently we start aging in our twenties. I've been using anti-aging products since my early twenties. It's never too early to start and a sunscreen is a definite must no matter what age you are. |

its just that my mom's been using dove anti aging night creme..and she seems to love it..so i just wanted to give it a try |

You can use the Dove cream,are you in your 20's?It wont hurt to start young. |

I would yes to get rid of any dirt or oil that has accumulated overnight. Even though you might think it looks clean debris has probably accumulated on your skin overnight. |

oh thanks..but is it okay to use cleanser twice a day??i've been using dove cucumber and green tea cleanser but it makes my skin break ouy..i m gonna try cetaphil now.. |

Yes, wash your face twice a day. A good cleanser you may want to try is SpectroJel (unscented). |
