i purchased 3 body deli masks a couple of weeks ago, and I think it is time to write a review.
glacial mineral mud: this mask is supposed to absorb the oil in your skin so you have less breakouts. I cannot tell if this mask does anything for me. My skin is dry and I rarely get pimples, thus I think this mask is not for me. This mask dries nicely. It does not make my skin feels very tight and it washes off easily.
enzyme exfoliating mask: this mask is kinda creamy and smells wonderful. it also dries nicely without making my skin feels tight. It is supposed to exfoliate your skin, but in my case, I also dont think it does anything for me.
I even use it everyday instead of the recommended once a week. But bear in mind, I have alligator skin. Even JB apple peel and retin a does not peel my skin.
peach mask: this is my favorite mask out of the three. I think it is yogurt based, so the consistency is creamy and it smells very good (junst like peach yogrt). This mask also dries nicely. Washes off easily. After using this mask, my skin has that rosy glow that I always want.
Overall, these masks are not bad. They are pretty cheap. I think $26 for 2oz jar. I will def repurchase peach mask. I dont think I will repurchase the exfoliating mask and mud mask. However, people with oily skin might benefit from the mud mask. |
