I got a friend who is 58 years of age but she only looks 50.
I met her last week and found that she still looks younger than her actual age.
With curiosity, I ask her which skincare she is using. Her answer is to take Omega 3.
To my knowledge, Omega 3 is good to prevent heart attack and good for eyes. Good for face? I hope it does. |

There are many studies on the benefits of Omega 3 for the skin. No wonder your friend looks younger than her age. |

Over three years I lost wrinkles eating a low simple carb diet with plenty of olive oil and oMEGA 3S. I eat two fish meals a week and fish oil supplement every day. I also eat 2T of flax meal every day (in a cereal, in soups or in anything I bake). Also don't short the olive oil. It's inexpensive and also very good for your skin both topically and internally.
I did this for a year before doing anything topical so I'm sure that it was the diet change that did the good. It's what got me using topicals. (Before I couldn't believe they'd do any good). Both Omega 3s and olive oils are heart healthy. I read one study of a low fat diet where one group ate salad without dressing and the other had an olive oil dressing. The olive oil group did better. |
