| How many MG do you recommend taking per day of the Biocell/HA pills? |

Hi Thatgirl,
I'd recommend you only take 2 pills a day (2 x 50 mg). If you're just starting out you could take 4 for the first few days, but then cut back to 2.
I'm sure when Carrie gets a chance she'll weigh in too, but in the meantime HTH

These are the instructions I give when providing samples for newbies to try the pills:
Directions: On Day 1, take 2 pills in the morning, then followup with 1 pill at lunch and another before bed to “kick-start” lip plumping results. After that, take 1 pill twice daily. |

Sorry I assumed your pills were the same as mine which are 50 Mg each. Recommended dosage on the bottle is 2/day = 100 Mg. So if you've got 100 mg strength, then one a day should do it.
