Let me just preface this post by saying that I'm one of those people with a very, very sensitive sense of smell. I can't really wear perfume (usually a spritz of rose water is the most I can handle), and one whiff of the lotions and sprays sold in places like Bath and Body Works and Victoria's Secret will give me one heck of a migraine. That being said, Bath and Body Works has a new line of products called the Savannah Bee Company, and they are WONDERFUL! They contain no petroleum, no SLS, and no parabens, and they are very delicately fragranced--- all a dream come true for a sensitive-skinned girl like me. While I have good things to say about the whole line, the product that has really impressed me is the Royal Jelly Body Butter. It has a firmer texture than most body butters, but it melts right into the skin---not greasy at all. It does not contain shimmer, but it is lightly pearlized so it makes my skin look really luminous, and it's scented with a really delicate blackberry honey fragrance. I've been enjoying mine so much, I'm going to go back and get jars for my mom and sisters too! |

Yeah, it was a really nice surprise to find paraben/petro-free stuff at the local Bath and Body Works! (Esp since I'm always getting coupons for them...) Did you try any of the Bee items when you were in there? |

I was in B&B Works today and tried the magnolia hand cream. It was sort of smelly. I could smell it way after I tried it which I don't like in a hand cream. I liked the looks of the hand and foot salve, but they didn't have a tester so I couldn't smell it. I might go back, I have one of those nifty buy something get something free cards! |

I didn't try the Magnolia hand cream---they didnt have a tester when I went in. I saw in on clearance on the website and thought about ordering it, but now I'm glad I didn't!^-^ |

I actually LOVE the Magnolia Cream. I'm usually not a fan of any type of floral scent, but I think this is divine, and most of my friends love it too.
I'm very excited about this line. I love browsing at B&BW but I rarely buy b/c everything has so many chemicals, parabens etc. Savannah Bee is the first purchase I've made there in ages, and I can't wait to try their other stuff. (So far I've tried the Magnolia Cream and the Beeswax Lip Tint in Tupelo Honey). |

I purchased the Honey Handwash and the Blackberry Honey tinted lipbalm.
I love the handwash, as I love honey. Mild, rinses nicely. A good, basic soap with a great scent.
The tinted lipbalm is nice, but, it's pretty strongly scented. I put some on while on a shop line the other day and the person in front of me turned around and seemed to give me a look like "Wow, that's one strong smell!"
