So I've done a search on EDS but have come up with nothing . Maybe someone may know this...
I know that you should switch your shampoo every once in a while so that your hair doesn't 'get used to it'. But what about conditioner? Should the same be done?
Just got kind of curious since a lot of people have been talking about hair care this past week and such. Anyways, thanks for any info. |

Merely from personal experience I think you should. It seems like my hair gets used to conditioners as well as shampoos. Also different conditioners have different things and you'd want to mix them up just so you're not getting a buildup from one particular product too much for example. I always have a rotation of like 6 or 7 conditioners but that might be too excessive. |
