I like Eucerin Q10/Nivea Q10 for eyes drugstore cheap. I am yet to try the eye line of A'kin by Purist. |

No, I didn't mis-post. I thought I read you had dark circles, but it's only in the header.
I've read a lot of positive reports on this one
DCX Dark Circle X from (www.dianayvonne.com) and it's only 28 dollars.
They seem addicted over here

Haven't used it myself though - dark circles is one problem I don't have thank God. M |

One drug store eye cream I didn't mind was Olay Total Effects. It has tiny little particles in it that reflect the light, so right after you use it your circles appear diminished. This is only temporary though while you're wearing it ... not sure how well it actually helps dark circles in the long run (I never used it long enough to find out because then I was on to Dermalogica). I also found that it did seem to help smooth out any under eye fine lines as well. |

I am just on the trial period of Murad Essential-C Eye Cream SPF15.
I have a lot of fine lines under my eyes. After using one week, I discover that the lines are reduced. It's creamy in texture which really help the dryness of my undereyes. Besides, it seems to brighten up the skin tone around my eye contour too. However, it's a little above your budget, CA$59. But for that price range, I think it's one of the best choices. There's a lot of reviews in this forum you might want to check it out. |

After trying many super expensive ones with no luck, I also heard great things about this one, it's on the top of my shopping list! |

The Teamine complex looks promising for dark circles, has Vitamin K and green tea extracts which are dark circle busters. |

Oh, I just posted about this!
People have been raving about the great results of reducing dark circles under the eyes with Ice Elements IlluminEyes Serum.
For more information go over to iceelements.com and ask Shelly, one of the owners. It is a message board and others will pipe in as well. This is not something that I have a problem with so I cannot speak to it personally, however since I have been using other products by them I am amazed at how quickly I could see and feel the results.
They sell a duo of the eye serum and eye cream at hsn.com for under $50. You can also purchase direct from the site and there is a shopping channel in Canada that carries the products too. |

My faves are Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue, Eye Bright treatment serum (Cellular Skin rx), and Teamine Eye complex. The first two are serums and great for brightening and the last is less brightening but more moisturizing.
The PTR is expensive - $95 or so, the Eye Bright (sold here on EDS)is $21 and the Teamine is generally around $55 but you could look around on the net to find your best price on it. |
