My photolagen arrived & I really like it although it's too early to do a decent review. After 2 days, My skin is certainly plumper & clearer BUT I've started back with prevage & the weather has been hovering around 30 deg. here lately with high humidity..that wouldn't explain the clearer.
What I'm wondering about is where it layer it. So far, I use prevage, the ISC, then photolagen. At night, it's photolagen first, then active serum, then firming cream. Believe it or not, even though I'm oily, the am regime does not feel heavy. I use sunblock, foundation & powder too...good thing I don't have to leave the house, I'd never get out!
How is every one else using it? |

The instructions say to use it before other products so that's what I do. I put it on right after I wash my face and then layer moisturizer/actives on top. |

Hi Marina-
I've been using photolagen for a couple of weeks now. I apply it over pro-heal in the morning & after poly-vit at night, really like how it makes my skin feel. Just started using Tripeptinon a couple of nights ago (absolutely love it!), so now I'm only using the Photolagen in the morning.
I've been pondering the idea of trying Prevage. Do you use the OTC one or prescription type? |

I use the 1% prevagemd-I always take the strongest in everything
Now I have to try tripete-whatever I'm going to need some kind of spreadsheet or something pasted on my bathroom mirror! |

I know what you mean! I've introduced several new products to my regime over past few weeks, I'm now keeping a daily journal for my face!
I was thinking about trying the OTC Prevage to see what it does for me. |

The problem is, they're ALL supposed to be used on a clean, dry face |

I have always used it as the last product except when I also use Tripeptinon, in which case the Photolagen is second last and the Tripeptinon last. I am not sure if it really makes a difference so long as the application suits your particular routine. |

I've been interested in the Photolagen for quite awhile now. (I can see that the tri-whatever it is has too many silicones in it for me.) I'm thinking about trying it when I officially give up on the Rare Minerals.
What exactly does the Photolagen do for you? Any problem with redness or irritation, or god forbid, zits from it?
Thanks

Anything that can break me out will but Photolagen never has. It also should be very soothing with redness and irritation as I used it to stop the irritation from retinol. For me it is the ultimate moisturiser and calmer.HTH. |
