What's the hardest exercise video you've ever done? Or a couple of the hardest? For me its been Standing Legs, Super Callanetics (just did it for the first time today, OUCH!) and in a distant third would be the NYC ballet workout volume 1 (haven't tried 2). I'm looking for some good hard ones. Anyone here done Cathe? I haven't tried her yet, I hear she's REALLY hard. |

billy banks boot camp. I dont think it is terribly difficult, but it is very fast phase. I used to do pilates, so the whole "come on lets get going and do all these moves" that billy banks offers really tired me out. |

I got hooked on the old "Firm" workouts years ago & have just about all of them from when it was in the "mansion style" (that's how I've heard it referred as). Their upper body workout has always been a killer for me, and also some that focus more on strength training than aerobics. "The Tortoise" workout was like that. |

Do you know the exact name of the upper body workout that you're referring to? Is it the one that comes packaged with the Standing Legs do you know? I've been eyeing that one but haven't tried it yet... And I prefer videos that are more focused on strength training since I do my cardio on an elliptical or bike. But every now and then I throw in some Power 90 for cardio. |

It's Firm Parts Upper Body. There was a series of tapes made from segments of previous videos. When I purchased it they were in singles not sets, but I know their marketing changed over the years. If this helps, the instructors on this video are Sandahl Bergman, Janet Jones-Gretzky & Susan Harris, and it's a 30 min workout plus 10 min warm-up & cool down. |
