I had a really nasty break out of spots/ whiteheads about 8 months ago which haven't gone. Heve not really been prone to spots before and not sure what caused this - homones (am 35)/ stress probably. The real problem areas are round my jaw line. Although spots are a somewhat better (Dr H CC and microdermabrasion) I still have hard white lumps under the skin round the jaw. These will not squeeze (but unfortunately I have tried too much and there is now scarring I just can't seems to get rid of them. Have tried ACV toner & lavender but to no use. Anyone know what causes these or what might help??? |

My daughter has the same problem "under-grounders." During a recent facial she was told that she is cleaning and using too many products on her skin. Her skin is over producing oils as she is taking them away. I don't know if this is happening to you but thought I'd share. My daughter is now trying to use less product and keeping things simple. Her skin is looking better. HTH |

I get these lumps too, but I find that if I do not overstrip my face by using too many harsh over drying products that I don't get so many of them.
Since I've stopped using a night cream I have stopped getting so many of them, and my skin is less congested. The Dr Hauschka ampules are really good, and when I feel one coming up I usually use Yonka Juvenil on them, but I haven't found anything that completely eradicates them. |

The OCM, ACV and aspirin mask has really helped mine go away...not completely (yet )
but drastically. |

I will once again voice my probably unpopular opinion I had those jawline cystic bumps for the first time in my life when I started using Dr. Hauschka's cleansing cream. The rest of my face looked fantastic, but the jawline was permanently inflamed with a ton of bumps. They went away when I stopped using CC, and then came back AGAIN when I bought a new tube of it. Had the same results with homemade CC, so it's probably a reaction to the almond oil or something... Not sure. |
