Can anyone recommend a good place to get my eye brows shaped/plucked in Vancouver (preferably Richmond)?
I used to go to Beauty Court at Aberdeen but I have so much trouble getting in contact with the owner who always does it for me, and I do not feel comfortable asking another beautician from that store and I don't think they are too experienced.
Can you also include the price? |
