Hi, as mentioned in my other previous post (which was really helpful, thanks), I have extremely fair skin. My face is pink all year round which is very frustrating. My hair is blonde right now but I'm wondering...Is there a hair color that would make me look pale? That would actually be ideal.
Also, does "washed out" when talking about skin mean pale?
